Vegetables do not replace carbs, your body needs both. One whole spaghetti squash is less than 100 calories meanwhile a serving a pasta is around 300 calories. This can easily lead to under eating.

1400 calories is BARE minimal. Eating this amount or less is how your body will not just add stress to your body, mess with your hormones and body systems, but if can actually cause you to gain weight because your body doesn’t know when it’ll be fed again.

Eating after 8pm will not cause you to gain weight. Over eating is what causes you to gain weight. As long as you’re eating around the same amount everyday, time is irrelevant.
