A lot has changed since my first morning routine video. Watch it here: So I wanted to film an updated version for you that are also new moms or just have limited time in the morning. I want to preface that this is definitely my ideal morning routine as it happens three or four times a week, realistically a lot of times things go off-course. But I do like to share and I talk about this a lot in my prenatal course that your baby or your toddles shares your aura, your electromagnetic field, for the first three years of his/her life so it’s incredibly important to set up your own energy at the beginning of the day to practice self-care. Your morning is the most powerful time to set your energy and mood for the rest of the day whether you have kids or not. So in this video I’m going to be sharing the tips, tricks and products that I’ve used to really hack my morning routine in the hopes that some of this can be helpful to you as well!
