23 Weeks Pregnant Baby Position

At 23 weeks pregnant, get into the habit, if you haven’t already, of staying well hydrated. Water is best, but fruit or vegetable juices are fine, as well as milk. Drinking milk will also help you meet your daily calcium intake requirement. Think about getting a home blood pressure monitor and learning how to use it. A sharp jump in your blood pressure could be a sign of preeclampsia, a very serious pregnancy complication. Talk with your healthcare provider about preeclampsia and what symptoms should prompt a call to the doctor during week 23 of pregnancy.

This video tells you about the 23 weeks pregnant baby position, baby size, ultrasound dimensions and health care tips for pregnant women. Stay connected with The Voice Of Women to know more!
